Since 2016, our Mission teams have made a number of attempts to do effective discipleship using the signature program of CBMC USA and CBMC International – Operation Timothy. Finally, we signed a licensing agreement with CBMC USA in 2021 to implement Operation Timothy Church or OT Global version. The book series is called Living Grounded. Themes of the books are Life Questions (book 1), Life Foundations (book 2) and Life Perspectives (book 3). Each book has a leader guide. We have translated all the books into Mongolian and printed the first book in Mongolian in 3 different sections: Student Guide, Introduction to the Leader Guide and Leader Guide. Our printed books are now distributed to Czech Republic, Austria, the USA, Kyrgyzstan, Thailand, and Darkhan, Erdenet, Uvs, Dornod, and Khovd in Mongolia. In order to involve various churches and church leaders, we have organized a few conferences such as:

1. The first intensive one-day workshop to onboard new Pauls of Psalm 23 church, the first congregation to implement OT discipleship for their members and new believers, in March 2022. 
2. The first annual Operation Timothy Conference 2022 when our most recent mission team went to Mongolia, in September 2022.
3. A second intensive one-day workshop to onboard new Pauls from various churches, a major follow-up of the first annual OT Conference.
