GMM uses the Living Grounded book series of Operation Timothy, a program of the Christian
Business Men’s Connection, to disciple believers in key areas. The series has been translated
into Mongolian, and the first book, Life Questions, has been printed with a leader’s guide.These
discipleship materials are being distributed in Mongolia and five other countries. A digital version
of the book is now available as well.
Operation Timothy conferences have strengthened relationships within the body of Christ, and
increased the capacity of church leaders to disciple others:
● An intensive one-day workshop to onboard new Pauls of Psalm 23 church, the first
congregation to implement OT discipleship, in April 2022.
● The first annual Operation Timothy Conference when our most recent mission team went
to Mongolia, in September 2022.
● A second intensive one-day workshop to onboard new Pauls from various churches, a
strategic follow-up activity after the first annual OT Conference in November 2022.
